After months of waiting, A4 untethered jailbreak on iOS 5.0.1 finally release late last year, to many iPad and iPhone 4 users with a New Year gift.
But that does not mean you can sit back and relax from now on. Pwnage team nadeem97 recently on Twitter that the latest released iOS 5.1 Beta 3 has patched the vulnerability used by the Corona 5.0.1 untether, and recommends that users upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 as soon as possible.
So yeah, iOS 5.1 Beta 3 is NOT vulnerable to Corona. Update to 5.0.1 before it’s too late.

And recently Pod2g has said in the blog that the A5 untethered jailbreak work in the final stage now, so we recommend those users who plan to jailbreak iPad 2 and iPhone 4S should update their device to iOS 5.0.1 as soon as possible before Apple close the verification.
Once updated to iOS 5.0.1, you can follow this guide to jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 untethered on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 4G, 3G.
